Security of our on-line transactions:

We understand that many people are wary (and justifiably so) about sending credit card information over the Internet.  We are concerned about this issue as well, and we have taken appropriate steps be sure that your billing information is safe.

If you absolutely will not trust your credit card information on-line, we fully understand.  You may use our on-line store to compile and price your order (this part of the store is not secure anyway).  When you are ready to place your order please contact us by phone at (330) 278-4619 or (877) 463-4619.

If you do decide to place your order on-line, our security setup is one of the best on the Internet.  When you click on the "checkout" button, your browser and our server negotiate the highest possible encryption that your system supports (For most people, this is 128-bit SSL encryption).  You can tell this by the small lock in the bottom corner of your browser window.  Here you can safely enter your contact information (name, address, phone #), shipping information, and billing information.

When will orders ship?

The short answer is "less than a week".  

All orders (received by telephone, mail, fax, or online) are usually shipped UPS ground within 48 hours of when we receive them.

One last note, for most of the summer and fall we are doing craft shows on Friday thru Sunday (this includes setup and teardown).  If your order is received on one of these days it will probably wait for Monday to be processed.  If you would like to come out and see us at a craft show, check out our show schedule here. 

Wholesale Pricing:

Boswell's Beanery & Blends does wholesale business with companies and/or organizations that are capable of purchasing our products in large quantities.  For wholesale pricing and additional information please contact us by telephone at (330) 278-4619 or (877) 463-4619.

Ordering by fax, mail, or telephone:

Feel free to use our on-line store to create and assemble your order.  When you go to place your order you will have a price list that can be printed.  You may then place your order by phone (330-278-4619 or 877-463-4619), fax (330-278-2679) or U.S. Postal Service (P.O.Box 486 / Hinckley, OH 44233).

Alternatively, if you call us we can mail you a catalog and price list upon request.

Catalog Requests:

Questions and changes to orders:
